we stayed in the apartment for a year and we didn't see or find any problem. There might be noise that you can hear but it's tolerable. I guess it's because you are living with college students in the complex and it's normal. About parking space it's not a problem for me because as long as you have the parking sticker you won't be towed and there is a parking space for the guests although it's a little bit far from the apartment unit. The management is OK.
