Some tenants are selling cocaine and have no problems with the landlord. and by the way sometimes the tenants are not allowed to pay him rent, they must pay the bank he owes. Too poor' No problem there are current tenants on hud or section 8 that don't even qualify. Not poor, just struggling' well currently there are some female tenants running around bragging they don't pay rent they just "got it like that" meaning they're doing him a few favors. Just look for girls driving around in cars with scratched off vin numbers! Oh and don?t be afraid of commiting fraud here because if you cooperate with the police and rat out your criminal neighbors to the proper authorities they will give you a slime certificate. So any time you feel like you may get cuaght up you can pull out this voucher and crawl back under the rock you created for yourself. Now if you work hard, your not on welfare or section 8, and your having a problem here then move. The corrupt neighbors will be calling in false reports to the police about YOU. Which can lead to lease violations, harassment or eviction for not fitting in. Home sweet Hell. And pay your own utilities!
