Nice Overall

The place is set in a quiet location. People are friendly, working class with mixed cultural background. Staff is friendly and are understanding. Apartments themselves are spacious with large kitchen. But come summer, electricity bill is high. AC units are old and could not support a 2-bedroom apartment. Maintenance is OK. Pool is small and fees are high. Moving out is a little hassle, like dumping your furniture will cost you $75 a piece. Do read the lease atleast before you move out :)
Clearly you get what you pay for, and more.
