Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Before we moved in they promised us new carpets, freshly painted walls the whole works. The morning after we moved in there were black spots all over our carpets. Later to find out they never replaced our carpets and never painted our walls either. Also to top things off, before we moved in we asked if they allowed pets. The girl that was giving us the tour of the complex told us yes. 2 months after we got our puppy they maintenance crew had to come in and fix our tub, because something had broken, saw the dog and reported us. The manager of the complex called us and told us we had to get rid of the dog or else we would be kicked out. So we had to get rid of our new puppy! The office people are horrible. Never friendly nor are they ever there during office hours. It seems they just make up their own.
During the winter the parking lot is horrible. The plowing they do is a mess. And I dont think they've ever heard of salt. You could literally go ice skating in the lot. A few people in the apartment complex, including myself had fallen this past winter and when reported to the office nothing was done about it, nor did they seem to care.
