The place is very dirty and constant smells from other peoples apts. The buildings are very old so as the heat maybe included in the rent, it rarely works, not to mention the place is so borely insulated, that it is always cold even with the heat up!!

Office Staff- Non-existant to say the least and when they are there they are very very unpleasant. Alot of shady stuff going on over in that office as well, they used to accept payments for rent there, now they dont and you have to mail your payment. Alot of "vistors" come to the office to see the one girl who works there and the door will be locked and the blinds closed in the middle of the day. Just overall bad business.

The lease is terrible...make sure you read it from top to bottom or even have a lawyer check it out. They try to squeeze things out of you and pull the wool over your eyes. Good luck if you happen to come here.
