Recommended - Great Value

I have lived at Belmont Village for 3 years, and have had a great experience my entire time here. The staff, in my experience, has been excellent, friendly, and quick to respond to my needs. They have gone out of their way to meet requests timely and met of exceeded my expectations.
The buildings themselves are a bit dated, but the interiors are sound and spacious. For rent requested for a 2 bedroom, I could not find a larger apartment or better floor plan in King of Prussia area. My HVAC has always been excellent, to the point where I rarely need to adjust it over 65, as my building and apartment get sunlight all day. I can never remember a time where the heat did not work, and am not sure what other respondents are referencing.
The interior walls/ceilings are thick enough that I can't hear my neighbor's TVs, music, and entertainment centers, but I can occaisionally hear loud voices or people walking above - but that's apartment living.
Outside, the parking lot is ample with large spaces. I rarely park more than a few spaces away from my building's door, at all hours of the day/night. As others have mentioned there are children at play in the parking lots, but in my experience they've been well behaved and tend to stay out of the traffic areas - kids will be kids, and do need to be minded when driving through the lots.
From a safety perspective - the addition of the security locks on the front doors give me peace of mind that not just anyone can access my building now. The 2nd floor balconies are 5ft off the ground, and the windows are roughly 10ft off the ground - I'm not overly concerned with intruders gaining access with either as I use the security bar on the sliding door and tend to keep the blinds drawn when not at home.
Overall - I highly recommend Belmont Village to anyone interested in a spacious 2 bed room apartment in the King of Prussia area - but caution that the complex is actually located in Bridgeport for voting and tax purposes - so the 0% local tax in King of Prussia does not apply.
