I will be leaving this place very soon. Im far to lazy to waste energy writing about this lame ass company. I woke up yesterday morning to go to work... walk to my car and look next to me... oh how nice someone smashed the persons window and stole everything out of their car and took the time to rip the seats. This place screams safe! There are pincher bugs everywhere, they fix everything 1/2 ass, my apartment is infested with mold (but the manager says that's normal, and she had the same problem where she lived. Um you must have lived in a ------- dump too), the AC leaks moisture all over the carpet and there are bugs everywhere, the windows are so old they fall out, the gym is a complete ------- joke. DONT TRY THE ELLIPTICALS, parts fall off of them and when you raise the treadmill to an incline it tips over.
The place is a complete dump and needs 100% renovations.
I actually live in a so called 2 bedroom 2 bath but the one bath doesn't work even though they have come "fix it" 4 times. Maybe because your maintenance people are either child molesters that can get a job, or so old their almost dead.
the "Manager" is a joke
The guy in the office is cool people. I hope he finds a better job. These people are crooks!

I disagree. I've lived here happily for 5 years. Everything works, and anytime I need a repair, it's done and done correctly.
We received brand new washers and dryers that work great. The hallway carpets are cleaned with regularity as are the trash shoots. Scuff marks are washed off the hallway walls and freshly painted when needed.
The walls are concrete and I rarely EVER hear my neighbors. Even when I'm walking down the hall and hear my next door neighbor blasting music, the minute I'm inside my apartment and shut the door, it's totally quiet.
You cannot blame an apartment complex for a car break-in. That can happen anywhere, and we do not live in a gated community with camera surveillance.
It is juvenile to call the hard working guys who work here "child molesters". They are nice guys and are very trustworthy.
We live in the woods. Of course there are bugs! If you are having a real problem with them getting inside, ask for the exterminator before it is out of control.
Yes, there is mold. When we moved in, we had to sign a disclaimer regarding the mold as part of the lease. If you look, I'm sure you'll find you did the same. As long as you report seeing it, they will come and treat it right away. It has not been a problem for us.
Attempt to work on your grammar and sentence structure. People might take your rant seriously if you can express yourself as an educated adult.
