The apartments and the neighborhood is good. Very close to costco, bus stop, train station and mall. The maintainence is average, they dont respond quickly.
They say they will give referral fee but they will not give. Also asked the neighbours nobody got referral fee and in additional all people were telling they will not give back security deposit, they will show some reason. So DONT EXPECT REFERRAL FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
