Kingswood Apartments

Not that bad From: oracle555 Date posted: 6/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've lived at Kingswood for about two years now. I am a graduate student living with another graduate student and for what we needed, Kingswood provided. It's no luxury home, that's for sure, but this place does have its benefits. For one thing, the maintenence crew has always been prompt. This place is not new. We've had problems with a leaky ceiling, but every time we called they've sent someone out as soon as possible, usually that day. The maintenence crew was always friendly as well. It's also a quiet place to stay. We live on the end in a garden style apartment and rarely see any of our neighbors (suited us just fine!). We've also had problems with incorrect billing of our electric bill. Anyways, sorry if this is rambling, but all in all I would say Kingswood is decent enough. Every place has its ups and downs, it all depends on what you're willing to live with.
