I've been a resident of Kingswood Apartments for the past year. The only real complaint I have is the noise that is generated from some of the college kids late at night. This however is not a bad reflection on the Kingswood complex; it's just a bad reflection on some college students who have no respect for others. I just recently renewed my lease for another year as I do like living at Kingswood very much. Whenever I did have minor problems at my residence; maintenance was very responsive and courteous. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. The cost of living at Kingswood is in comparison to other apartment complexes in the area. The location is perfect to all major highways and businesses. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
