Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I've lived here for over a year and haven't had many problems. The bug situation is expected at times when you look out your window and your surrounded by trees.
Living right by the 202 is very convenient when traveling.
Perfect location for walking to the Valley Forge park as well.
The staff is friendly and sometimes maintenance can be slow but if it's urgent, it's taken care of quickly.
The only downfall is that I live in a corner apt. on the ground floor so the winters are pretty cold.
