The biggest problem here is you can not get hot water all the time. Since they use electricity for heating, it is not very efficient, it will get cold if you need a more than 15 min shower. And the heat in winter is really expensive.
other things is Ok. it is clean and safe, quiet. Small probelms such as some leak of the drain, etc, the building is old.
