Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived in this apartment for a year. When I was leaving, they told me that they would not charge extra amount. I asked them repeatedly and they stuck on one thing that they would not charge extra. After leaving apartment they charged me saying that it was for breaking lease.
They will miss lead you. better take every thing in writing what they say. Better to be on safe side when they talk different and do different.
