When I first moved in I thought this was going to be a great place to live. However, the longer I was there the more I disliked it. For starters, it took 3 or 4 calls to actually get a maintenance person to come fix anything. When they did come, they usually didn't fix it...or fix it right. The office staff was usually rude.

As for the scenery and the atmosphere it was great. Nice and quiet back by the park.

The halls ALWAYS smelled because the individuals living on my floor were inconsiderate and refused to close the trash door.

There are much better places that are cheaper and bigger. This place was great for my first apartment. But I don't recommend staying here for more than 2 years. The rent increase each year is ridiculous!
