I have loved living here and everybody who visits agrees. Rent is pretty good. Moving from NY, this was the first place I checked out online/in-person and I was sold.

However, I'd forewarn future renters of the following:
-walls/ceilings are NOT "noise-proof" - get a corner apt. on 4th-6th floor to possibly avoid noise
-beware of bugs - centipedes in the warm months are usually prevalent
-halls have a stench, but this depends on your neighbors' eating/cooking habits
-staff is friendly and quick to fix things ONLY if problem is small. Anything bigger resorts to you having to leave annoyed messages on their machine in order to do anything and you still have to wait.
