We live on the fourth floor in B building, which is the same building as the management office. We have lived here for 2 years, going on three. The maintenance staff has always been great - coming quickly whenever we have had any sort of problem, even late at night. The office staff is nice and accommodating, provided that one makes reasonable requests, for the most part. We have had issues with bugs, and the windows are not sealed tightly and are drafty in winter. Electric bills are high in summer (because of AC), but last winter we never even needed to use heat in the winter, so I guess it evens out. Our neighbors have been nice, and are a culturally diverse group, which we enjoy. Doesn't seem to be many younger people in our building - mostly young couples and a handful of older residents who have lived here a while. I would definately recommend this as an apartment complex to explore if you are looking.
