high traffic and high electric bills

While close to "many major roadways," this also poses the annoying problem of traffic that takes you right up to your door! Also, heating and electric bills cost around $150.00 a month for minimal use! If we'd only known, we would not be living here!

Electric bills are high for the minimal use. Insulation is very bad and apartment complex is outdated. Rather pay more in rent for a better place and updated, lower bills and better apartments.
