I have been living here for almost 2 years now and have had good experience. The apartments are a little old so don't expect very nice amenities and new floors/kitchen counters etc. Staff is nice and friendly except for one lady (don't remember the name) whom I always try to avoid and have been able to because there are usually 2 people in the office. Maintenance staff is very nice and helping. Sometimes it takes the management time to fix things though but I guess you don't get everything at this price. One main issue has been the plumbing/drainage in these buildings. I have lived in 2 different apartments (two 1 yr leases)here and each apartments kitchen sink will clog every now and then. Other than these issues everything else has been fine. Snow is ploughed whenever needed. Laundry rooms are clean, not sparkling clean but ok.
