High traffic, high electric bill, management act nice but devious, the good review you see is the management rating themselve. Live here for two years and very good tenant. Moving out now and they treat like dirt. Big hassle when you decide to move out. I talk to many current tenant and they agree with me. get everything in writing, every little thing. Their record keeping and automation is very poor.

Opps, click the wrong review to agree with. Mold here is bad for the health. Management know about it, but never responded or fix it.
