I have lived there for almost a year and half now. Its a decent place, yes the electric is ridiculous considering that we were on vacation for 10 days in May and came back to a $100 electric bill. Everything was shut off the entire time and we didnt have the AC or heat on that whole month. The bugs can be annoying, they pop up every now and then and im convinced that the maintanence staff doesnt do anything about it when they come out to spray.

The people in the office are nice but have messed up our bills three times already. We got a threatening notice in our door saying that we owe $100 for late rent. We pay our rent on time every month so when i called them about it, they said our rent had changed. We knew that are were paying exactly what we signed a few months back. It took them 3 days and about 5 phone calls to fix their error. They have also messed up our electric payments a couple of times. Then they act pissed when you call them out on it.

The traffic is horrible, especially over the holidays with that mall right down the road. But basically anyone that lives here knew about the mall so people should stop complaining about it.

Overall, its decent, definitly not the best, but i have been in ones 10 times worse. I still dont understand why you have to pay $20 extra a month for cats since they just replace the carpet anyway when you leave. If they mess anything up, its your furniture anyway. Its a good stepping block before gettting a townhouse, thats about it.
