These pieces of garbage have messed up my bills 5 times now in a little over a year. just yesterday, i got a letter in the mail saying that i never paid my electric bill for JULY. thats right, from 7 months ago. So then i have to go to my bank and have them get a copy of the check that the Lafayette cashed themselves back on July 6th. These people dont realize the trouble that you have to go through to prove to them that they are the ones that messed up. This is the reason that we are leaving ASAP. Apparently you dont need any kind of college degree or anything to work there. I would be surprised if any of them even finished high school. I really love the looks on their face when you bring in the proof that you paid too, its priceless. I really would love to smack some sense into their incompetent minds. They really need to look into things more before writing a letter saying that we are the ones that are wrong.
