Document everything you discussed with the staff cause obviously they won't remember, e.g. discount amount. You get yourself into trouble if you trust them. Also the staff are very nice when you inquire about the apartment. But once you are trapped, you don't deserve the same kine of smile any more......

Don't scare me... i just sighned the lease and moved in Lafayette. Also is there any trick for heating? I've been putting the heat dial on 75-80 all the time, but room temprature never goes beyond 60. May be bad insulation never lets the room to warm up. No wonder why there are so many complaints about heating bills. |

maybe its just your heater that needs to be replaced??? Call for maintence to check it
