YES I AGREE I HAVE SPOKEN TO KAREN MANY TIMES THE SAME PROMBLEM NO HELP SHE TO BUSY ON THE PHONE & WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING AT THE TIME TO GET YOU TO RENT IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS FOR MY FLOOR ALWAYS HAD A DIFFERNT REASON WHY THE WORK WAS NOT DONE.
