smells and falling apart

The grounds are great - but the smelly hall ways! I wish they would air them out!
The washer has been broke for months, the porch has the concrete paint flaking and peeling from above, green stuff growing on it, the gutter is broke above and drips for days after a rain and no attention is paid to it.
It's convenient and roomy, but the rest for the price'
I'm outta here!
