I bought a bank check from "PNC Bank" to pay deposit and move in fee. But the staff told me my bank check couldn't go through their new scanner and they SHREDDED my bank check. They asked me give them another one. They said they can't do anything for it and if I don't provide another bank check soon I'll be charged late fee (They didn't point out any deadline in the written notice). Ok, I don't have my money back how can I buy another bank check' You know deposit and move in rent is big money. I went to PNC and the teller told me if they shredded my check they destroyed my money. They brought me into trouble but asked my to solve it by myself and threaten me in rude manner. Really bad management team.
