I met Karen. She is really as bad as Nancy. nancy and the maintainnce group, do what the GM Frank Kucera at Westover tell them, and they do lie. They are brain washed that this dump is normal. It is not. People, sue Westover.

I have, also, rented from Westover Companies and have been dissatisfied to say the least. They kept my deposit claiming to have not recieved a letter of termination. Karen added the letter could not be EMed although both the manager and asst. said it could, as well as provided the address. Karen then offered after I filed with Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General's office, and my State rep.)to return 1/2 of the money. She later said after her internal investigation there would be no refund. She then responded to BBB that she was awaiting my reply on the pffer. I have dated EMs to confirm this. She now says she will "split the difference". According to her own EM, the fees are $2040.00, and she is offering $873.00. Not only is she confused on the issue but she is confused in math as well. People do need to stand up to Westover Companies in order to hold on to the rights of the renters.
