This place has been horrible and has gone way down hill. I have had neighbors who are drug dealers, water in my apartment 9 times in two and a half years, called the police over 15 times, been stakled by a neighbor.

The staff is horrible, rude, and a pain to deal with. They hang the phone up on you.

Maintenance does a terrible job and does not respond very fast. In fact twice I had water in my apartment over a weekend and they told me that they would deal with it on Monday - well the water started coming in on a Friday NIGHT!!!! Of course they tell you its no big deal. Sure for you its not you don't live here.

They are very noisy places the people who live above stomp across the floors at all hours of the day and night. And sure its going to be loud when there are 6 people living in a ONE bedroom apartment above your head!

The elevators are always broken and so are the washing machines. Do yourself a HUGE favor - don't rent here! The cheapest in the area in KOP right now which means drunks, drug dealers and lots and lots of police calls!!!!
