I have been living here for 3 years now. The one plus of these apartments is they are of decent size. It's usually quiet, but at night you can hear through the walls. Its not a very social place, and theres quite a few "weird" neighbors, but for the most part people seem nice. Some of the staff is friendly, some not so much, and the maintenance is friendly. The snow removal is pretty bad, they just push the snow up against your car so you have to dig out. The pool is rarely crowded, but the hours are short. And make sure you wait a week or 2 after it opens, its usually pretty slimy at first. My major gripe is with the leases, you have to know 60 days before the end of your lease if you are leaving. 59 days before the end of your lease, you are automatically resigned somehow for another full year, otherwise you have to pay a big penalty. The pathway to the park is nice, but gets really overgrown with thorny bushes, so be prepared for some scrapes in the warmer months. The laundry facilities are ok, they usually smell and if you don't get your laundry out right away, someone will take it out and put it in a big pile. And the exercise room they advertise is really just a small room with a treadmill or 2. Overall its not horrible, but its not a place with good service in mind and I would recommend looking for a better place in the area.
