This place is awful. It gives about 75% of the people who visit me hives. I am the only one who is not allergic to the complex. We spoke to an allergy doctor, who said the problem is likely moldy walls. That does not surprise me at all. The unit is old and not nice. The pool is nasty and the gym equipment is ALWAYS broken. The treadmills were broken for a solid 2 months and never got fixed. The weight machine is half broken. All of the halls of my building stink like curry. I put airfresheners over the door, but it doesn't not cover the stench. Also, the dryers and washers don't work that often, but the management refuses to say they are broken. The pipes are clogged and the washer doesn't drain and flooded the room, but management says that wasn't broken.

I purchased a home and am trying to get out of my lease, and they are making me pay a penalty. I had spoken to them over the phone 5 months ago, and they told me what i needed to do to leave my lease and not pay a penalty. Now that I am actually trying to get out, they are telling me a different story and trying to charge me a month's rent.

Basically, you pay for what you get, and this place is cheap. Its a terrible place adn i would not recommend it to anyone.

He is absolutely right. The place is dump, and the manager Frank of westover company is an ahole. The place stinks, it's falling apart. I'd rather be homeless.

I completely agree 100%!!! My husband sneezes a ton when he's home due to the mold around the windows. It grows there and even chlorox and lysol won't stop it. When we went away on vacation, he stopped sneezing all the time. We're moving in a few weeks and the complex told us to "keep our unit clean and tidy" as they intend to show it to prospective leasees while we still live there!!!
