It is cheap and you get exactly what you pay for. Let me start with the condition of the building. It is dirty and run down. It smells like curry. The smell is mostly due to the fact that there are ------- that sit in their apartments with their door wide open so that all the odors from their cooking emanates into the hallway. It's not a commune!!! The outside is crap. The pool is a nasty shade of black during the winter and a few weeks ago, vultures were circling it. There is trash everywhere and not really any grass, just some mossy stuff. The noise from the other residents is horrendous. This isn't because the people are noisy, but because the floors resonate every sound. Every step above you, you can hear it. Sometimes when I flush the toilet, stuff comes out of the tub. There is always the smell of smoke coming from my stove hood.

Now for the best part. They will bring prospective leasees into your apartment to show them what they can rent. They do this especially when you are leaving, as I am. they sent me a notice of all the stuff I should keep tidy so they can show my apartment. But I've noticed they've been in there before because my stuff has been moved around when I came home and my second lock has been unlocked. Its ridiculous!!

The staff is rude and unhelpful. Its just a horrible place to live!!! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!

It's a dump and that's all it is! As if livng there isn't bad enough, then when you move out, Westover Companies will try to get you to pay for the normal wear and tear that occurs. BTW, you can find the wash tokens LVF charges an arm and leg for, for less than 1/3 the price on ebay- just a tip to any current residents!

---- you dude, its curry money that keeps and feeds your children so lets not discount that. Whatre you gonna do if we ...hmmm, lets say moved out- your suburban red---- trash cant pay it to run the apartments here. Half your staff would be "laid off" and that pool- forget it :) Now go move that truck. And buy a bottle of febreeze if it kills you so much.
