This is my honest opinion from what I closely noticed:
Construction: Look at the walls closely, you will find uneven plaster fillings minor cracks. Slider doors, window panels are hard to move. Floors are not smooth and it is dirty. Flow of water in the shower is slow. Trash disposal window is on top of the drier in the washer room. If someone misses it, your dryer will be filled with trashes :)
Grounds: Smelly hallway as the residents keep the door open when cooking :)
Staff: Trying to sell a cleaned-up carpet rugs as new one. Other than those lies :), they are okay. I don't know about their maintenance.
Fitness Center: A true dump where machines are very few which won't work. Tennis court is always occupied as it would not server for the enter 625 apartments.
Parking/ Safety: Risky entrance turn towards the Penn Circle as the road is narrow at the turning. Few street lights.
Now the good thing: Plenty of Closets. But, the walkin closet had a cylinderical space occupied by the heat system I guess, which will cut-down your space :)

ALL OF THIS IS TRUE, I AM A RESIDENT CURENTLY!! THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE AS THERE ARE MANY EVERGREEN TREES WHICH DESTROY THE FINISH ON YOUR VEHICLE, LIKE IT HAS DONE TO MINE SEVERAL TIMES!!
