I moved here 4 months ago. So far alls well. I got a renovated apartment and love the walk in closet. Maintenance are good so far. No complains. Its not sound proof...I can hear footsteps over head at times and next door. Only thing is for people with severe allergies in Early spring is terrible. There are many trees nearby the balcony. Pollen allergies are terrible there. Otherwise I do recommend Lafayatte.
