I don't know what's wrong with the people who have reviewed this place and panned it. I have never had any problems with the staff. The guards are usually very responsive and friendly. I get my packages the day they arrive. The indoor/outdoor pool is great and the gym is very good compared to most apartment complexes. I have heard that your experience may vary a lot depending on where you live within the building; I live on the top floor (15th) and it is very quiet and clean with a great view. You will also be hard-pressed to find apartments where you can get a double garage.
