I have lived here for over a year now and I disagree with the older postings. I think the office staff and maintenance are great. They are always very friendly and responsive. I moved to this area without knowing a single person and they helped me to settle in here by giving me directions and suggestions to the local favorite places. My favorite things are the amenities though, I love the excellent fitness center and the indoor and outdoor pools. The fact that I can rent a garage is great too. No shoveling snow!!! I store my bike in there also for bike rides to the park. I have nothing bad to say about this highrise. I reccomend it highly.
