I have read through the past reviews and must say that I was surprised by the negativity of some. Remember the saying, You can't make everyone happy all the time. I have been a commercial tenant in this building for 7 years and when it came time to find an apartment for myself it was a no-brainer. I have been a resident since April 2006 and I have nothing but excellent things to say about everything here. I have seen the office staff have turnover during the years that I have been a commercial tenant and the current trio of Susan, Barb and Lydia have been tremendous to deal with for whatever issues I might have. They are like close friends who will do anything for you. The renovations have been terrific but I admit there have been some glitches like every renovation has. Realistically this is to be expected although some people may not like it. The elevators have issues occassionally but I have never had a problem myself and I am on them at least 10 times a day from the 15th floor. My view out the back over the river is wonderful and I wouldn't trade it for any other unit in the building. The new social room is a couple of units from my office and we don't experience any distractions. It is a very nice set-up with a big screen TV, tables and chairs, sofas and wireless internet. Continental Breakfasts, Bingo, Eagles Monday Night Football parties and Karaoke nights are some of the great extras that are provided by the terrific management staff in the new Tower's Lounge. Jody and Al in maintenance are great and are very easy to deal with. The cleaning crews have changed over the years as well and the new crew of Butch and his gang have done a good job considering the amount of space they take care of. Robert the new concierge is very sociable and friendly and the new evening security people and Jesse are terrific. No, the building is not staffed by security 24/7 but I am not aware of any high volume of crime and break-ins as some of the reviews suggested that would necessitate 24/7 security. I highly recommend Valley Forge Towers North to anyone looking to rent a great apartment in the excellent location of King of Prussia. Some people say the prices are high but if you do a comparison of cost per square feet you have a great deal here. Maybe I will see you next Karaoke night. Good Luck apartment hunting.
