I'm a 4 year resident here at this community. When I moved in there were different ladies in the rental office. Colleen was such a sweetheart and I will miss her dearly. Over the past couple years I have gotten to know the new girls and they are just as sweet. Maintenance is quite impressive. They come out within a day or two of you submitting a request. The one maintenance guy took my patio door off for me so I could move in my oversized sofa. I tried offering him money for helping me but he refused. The laundry rooms are huge and I never have trouble getting a washer or dryer. The last place I lived only had 2 washers and 2 dryers so I'm spoiled here with 7. The rent isn't bad but you have to pay for all of your utilities. The heat costs the most for me since I'm on a ground floor, but my highest bill of $152 for heat isn't so bad when considering electric in the summer is only $40-50. The buildings have secured entrances, but people leave the doors open sometimes which is a bit of a pain and kind of defeats the purpose but I can't blame the office for that. Parking is great. Plenty of it for yourself and guests. I'm sure I'm missing something. Oh, tell them I referred you haha. They give out referral bonuses if you do. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.
