Well, times have changed a little since the last and only review on this site. Non-traditional college kids make up a fare amount of tenants here. But there has never been a problem as far I've heard about or even during my year stay. I'm one of those students, but most of us seem to be mature and studious, with no need for making trouble. And I think this is one of the best places in town to live! It is very quite, peaceful and the management is great! Rent is totally affordable with most all utilities included in the amount.
