Basic apartments - white paint, tan carpet, small closets, clean. Good management but sometimes a little uptight about all the rules. (My husband and I were once told our cars would be towed because they were dripping a bit of oil on the parking spaces.) Personally, I think the rents are a bit high for little ol' Kutztown. Laundry in basement (not free), quiet town, respectful neighbors. Overall, I recommend.
