I have lived in numerous apartments in the Philadelphia area over the years, and this one is by far the best. The management office and service staff are terrific. Whenever I have had a problem it has been addressed immediately. The grounds are very well maintained and are right near Valley Green, a part of Philadelphia's Fairmount Park. Never hear any noise from other apartments. The setup of the apartment entrances makes you feel as thoough you have your own home. I have been here for 5 years and would only move if I were buying a home.
