Too pricey for the size and quality of the apartment. Noisy and rude neighbors. Also, we moved out after 6 months, because we purchased a home. So, we had to pay management a very large sum to break our lease (over $5k),and after we moved out, they billed us for more money - for god knows what. Management is nasty and greedy. Would not recommend.

As the manager of Lincoln Woods, I need to respond to the false allegations in this review. When a resident signs a lease to rent an apartment anywhere, they are signing a binding, legal contract that commits the resident to a specified period of time at the community. When you choose to break that commitment prior to the expiriation of the lease, either a lease break penalty is charged or you are required to pay rent through the end of the lease term. The lease break fee at Lincoln Woods has always been $1800.00 on a one-bedroom apartment and $2000.00 on a two-bedroom apartment. It has never been $5000.00 as stated. As for being billed for "god knows what", it is required by PA law that management send you an itemized list of charges within thirty days of your move out. We send this to each and every resident if any money is owed. Most charges are usually for unpaid rent, legal fees for eviction and damages to the apartment. No one in management is trying to be "nasty or greedy." We are simply doing our job by collecting what you legally owe the property.
