Thin walls Great area, spacious rooms, but the walls are thin. I can hear the upstairs neighbor's footsteps, music, tv, almost everything majority of the time... really annoying! Overall, I'm fairly satisfied... it just sucks when you're stuck with loud neighbors

Not worth the high rent! First, your rent does not include ANY utilities AT ALL. Not even water/sewer or trash. MOST apartments include at least those 2. Second, you can hear EVERYTHING in the apartments around you. As I type this, I can hear people talking in the apartment directly

CANNOT RECOMMEND LW ENOUGH I have lived in numerous apartments in the Philadelphia area over the years, and this one is by far the best. The management office and service staff are terrific. Whenever I have had a problem it has been addressed immediately. The grounds are very well maintained

I like it here I moved in April and I have not had any isues. I love my apt-its huge and its close to everything. The manager has been really nice and I really haven't had any interaction with maintenance so I can't say anything about that. Overall I think its a great place to live.
