I lived there about two years ago, the apartment itself was decent, the office staff and maintenance man were not. They would always make excuses as to why our fridge, shower would not be fixed for days or weeks. And when something would get fixed, the miserable maintenance man would find a way to blame you for the problem. The cars in the parking lot got broken into fairly often also.
