The layout of the apartment is nice with plenty of space. The bathrooms need updating the water is either too hot or too cold very hard to regulate the temp in the shower. The windows don't have locks and the doors are not secure enough. The laundry room is a joke I no longer use the washer and dryer which is a shame because that was one of the main things that I liked about the property now I have to lug all my laundry to my moms or to the laundry mat because the dryers which are $1.25 don't dry the clothes. The staff are the most unprofessional duo, I've over heard them on several occasions talking to tenents and workers about other tenents behind their backs. The property manager is never in the office at the hours that are on the door. All they do is sit around and smoke. Also If someone lives above you if feels like they're going to come through the ceiling; you can hear everything in these apartments. My car also got broken into because the parking lot isn't lit enough. There aren't any locks to the laundry room doors so anyone from the street can be up in there.
