Ive been living here for about 4 years now and it sucks......the staff is hardly EVER in the office and when something happens..like our entire carpet being soaked and they had to break the entire flooring in our apartment and it was being fixed for days!!!!!! .....we didnt have to pay rent for that month, i give em that much but it has been horrible.....they make us as tenants feel as if these issues coming up were caused by us....attitude is bad!....we also have constant issues with out sinks cause we live on the 1st floor and everything people put down their sinks clogs ours constantly and they overflow.....within the 1st 6 months of living here my car was broken into and cd player stolen right in FRONT of my home!.....Oh and the worst is that you can hear everything in these apartments....i constantly get awaken from my up stairs neighbors kids running around it sounds as if they are going to fall through the roof. We are signing another year cause of the price....we will be buying a home in a year and will finally get the HELL OUT!...dont rent here!
