This place is pretty interesting. I have lived here for over 5 plus years and numerous friends of mine also live here for years.
They send out horrible letters to their residents that tell us that we need to do their jobs for them. Kids aren't allowed to play in front of their homes, get out there and pick up the trash - it's funny the one day I came home and there was a letter on all of our doors - it said that you as residents need to pick up the trash around you - it's not our job - well I took a good look around and saw that it was from their contractors and maintenance staff - debris, materials, etc.
Then the fire last year - what a disaster - my friend was in one of those homes!! The manager showed up took a look around and left - she never spoke to those eight families, she never offered them any where to go - NOTHING!! If you wanted information on what to do - those families had to call her - she never called them.
Then with the really bad snow - they plowed all of the cars in for days - their contractor smashed in to parked cars, they were terrible.
They just mulched the places - they ripped out all of the flowers the residents planted, there is mulch absolutely EVERY WHERE which is now in our houses in the carpet. They never mow the grass in a timely manner.
I had a refrigerator go down after I moved in on a Friday night - so I called maintenance - they told me I had to wait until Monday. I lost everything! They wouldn't do a thing about it. Then the hot water heater flooded out my basement - they told me again that I had to wait for two days - nothing done about the damage it caused.
Just drive the property - if you want to find maintenance - they are sitting on their patios drinking coffe for four hours every day. If you need something done, expect to hear that you will have to wait - they haven't had enough coffee, I guess.
For this price - we rent for the convenience of not having to remove snow, mow grass, repair things - DON'T Rent here - because you need to do everything!

I wish to address the fire that occured. The property manager could not be reached, but I, the rental assistant was there for the duration and spoke with all the families to see if there was anything they needed. I have no doubt in my mind that if the property manager would have known what was happening, she would have been there! By the time she arrived, yes she looked around, but then went to the office to take care of some important things that the fire company was requiring for safety reasons. For you information, she was there past midnight. Residents who requested it were moved to other units as soon as they were available. Also, I don't think it was unresonable to expect resident to pick up after themselves. Someone was hired to, once a week, pick up the pet waste from around the community. When you have to hire an extra staff person, guess what? Your rent will go up. Nancy H. Miller |

I am a potential renter or let me rephrase that "I WAS A POTENTIAL RENTER OF THESE TOWNHOMES." I find it that this Nancy H. Miller has a very arrogant, if you will childish tone about her, "guess what? Your rent will go up. No , how about you take a guess , guess on how I will send this unprofessional response to my associates and have them evaluate your condisending tone. Guess what? Without the tenants you have no job. If I were you I'd send thankyou baskets to each and every person that has endured you and your childish ways. You really have no brain. Wow I didn't know they still made people like that anymore.
