The incompetence level in this complex is astounding! The appliances are substandard and appartments are dispicably maintained. Their manitenance man spends more time talking about the residents behind their back and threatening the children than he does anything at all. If you know what is good for you please consider another complex to live in! My appartment was broken into 4 times in the 4 years I lived there and my car was keyed, had the back windshield shattered, the stereo stolen twice, and the tires knifed. There is no security at all and they have no standards as to whom they will rent an apartment. Once again I emplore anyone looking at an apartment here to research the complex and inspect the apartment before you move in, because they will find a way to make you do their job and move you in to a dirty unit and then charge you 10 times the actual cost of making that unit ready no matter what shape it is in!
