Large living space and great neighborhood!!

I have lived at Belair Townhouses for 4 years now and have nothing but positve things to say. Although my rental increase goes up $25 every year and its getting hard to afford, the rent is still very affordable considering all the appliances included and all the living space. Not alot of college kids and the youngster that live here are pretty well behaved. You have assigned parking which is great and plenty of visitor parking. The maintenance staff is great and the landscaping and snow removal is wonderful. The office manager could be a bit more pleasant but if you don't have to call the office a lot you won't have to deal with her much! Overall, I would recommend this community to anyone!
