This was a lovely place to live, but it was sold to a firm in New Jersey and has gone to HELL in a hand cart.There are kids running and skateboarding were the cars park. One day a kid will get killed here. If something breaks over a weekend forget it. When my friend who has mover after 25 years here, air conditioner went out she moved in with her daughter for two days until they sent somebody to LOOK at it. It took two weeks to fix. I had a leak under the sink,three day later they came to fix it. The rent went from 760 to 880. My water bill two years ago was 10.00 a quarter is now 10.00 a month (for two older people that do laundry every other week and one load of dishes a week). If you want to get stiffed, please move in here. By the way, these were two bedroom but they have made the den to a third bedroom my washing machine tried to walk out of the laundry room I've told them about it (they are more than 25years old). Lot of luck.

In response to your post I have a question? Where are the kids supposed to play? We just moved in here and the only safe place I see for our children to play is in the parking lot when skate boarding and riding their scooter. There are no play areas here no pools no nothing just grass and parking lots.
