I fell in love with the location of this apartment complex which is directly across from a farm. I've been disappointed, however , with the noise in the apartment. I can hear just about everything my upstairs neighbor does, including talking on the phone! I've had 3 different people live above me too, so it's not just a problem with a specific person.
