It's beautiful, no question about that. It's a great neighborhood, walking trails, pretty apartments, gym, the works. However, the noise from my neighbors is incredibly loud-I can hear entire conversations (they aren't particularly noisy people). Also, the insulation must be ridiculous because my heating bill has been over $200 during the winter months.
